| Children’s Department: Children are special at the Palace of Praise. Preschool and elementary programs are designed to help boys and girls ages 4 through 12 years of age grow spiritually, mentally, physically and socially.The Children’s Department includes: Sunday school classes 9:30-10:15am and worship services for preschool and one for elementary on their level of learning at 10:30am on Sunday. There are many special activities including Junior Talent, Kids Krusade, Summer Camp, and Much More.
Family Training Hour: is for all ages each Wednesday at 7:00pm. This includes T-N-T Kids program, a favorite for children ages 4 to 12. Youth Department: Youth activities include a full calendar of events aimed at meeting the needs of young people ages 12 (in the 7th Grade) – 19. Sunday school classes meet at 9:30am The Wednesday night program is a happening time that ROCKS this group of junior and senior high students. We have a ministry dedicated to meeting the specific needs of those between the ages of 19 and 25. They meet every Wednesday night at 7:00pm at a separate location where the spirit of the Lord moves mighty through this special time of worship and teaching of the word. Keen-Agers Ministry: This ministry is vital and valuable to those 50 years and older. Year long events are planned for this group of believers. This very wise group offers bimonthly fellowships. Worship Department: The Sanctuary Choir sings each Sunday. Consisting of a 40 member choir, 7 piece band, praise team, and media teams, all working together in harmony to usher in the presence of God and glorify His name. It is our sincere desire to continually flow in the anointing as well as work towards excellence. Above all, we want our music to glorify God, unify His people, and awaken hearts to his presence. Women’s Ministries: There are many opportunities for ladies to be involved in ministries and activities. Tuesday at 9:30am are prayer meetings. Other activities include Bible studies, fellowships, retreats, ministry, women’s services and much, much more. Men’s Ministry: The men at the Palace of Praise are ready and willing to assist in any area of ministry. Usher Ministry and Greeters: We are dedicated to providing assistance and hospitality to our brothers and sisters in Christ. Athletics Department: The Palace of Praise athletics department is filled with fun and all kinds of activities. We care for the health of our members, therefore we offer a variety of sports activities. Among the sports offered are Softball, Volleyball and several golf tournaments. Our goal is to give our members the best in recreation. Bus Ministry: We offer transportation to those who wish to attend our Sunday or Wednesday services. Evangelism Department: A team of believers committed to go outside the walls of the church into our community to reach a harvest for the Kingdom of God. Sunday School: Great teaching offered in classes for all ages at 9:30am every Sunday morning. We offer special classes dealing with life issues. Special Events: We have an annual church picnic and Pastor Appreciation Sunday. . . . just to name a few. Drama: The men, women, and children of our drama department spread the message of Christ through skits, plays and musicals. Media Services: The Media Services ministry covers a vast area within the church and exists to project the vision of the church through the various media outlets within our “high-tech” society. These avenues include Live House Sound, Live Video Production, Post Audio/Video production, Web design, Media projection and more. |
