GENERAL QUESTIONS
Is Princess Diaries an overnight event?
Princess Diaries is not an overnight event. It is a two day event.
A more detailed schedule is available on our site.
Why are you limiting Princess Diaries to 100 girls?
We have chosen to limit the number of girls that can attend Princess Diaries
to 100 so that we can continue to keep smaller class sizes. We have also
assessed the makeovers on Saturdays and even with all the committed helpers
we have acquired this year, we can still only feasibly handle 100 girls.
Where is the church located?

- From 67 bypass, Take "PP" exit. Look for signs
to "Three Rivers Community College". Follow signs to Herschel Bess "Three Rivers" Blvd. The church is on right.
- From Bus. Hwy 67, Take "Kanell" PP Hwy west at Burger
King. Look for signs to "Three Rivers Community College". The church is on right.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for all day Friday and Saturday morning is casual but modest.
The crowning ceremony on Saturday afternoon is dressy to casual. Many
of the girls wear formal gowns.
How can I get pictures that are taken by the PD staff?
All of the pictures will be put into an online album at Wal-mart. An email
will be sent to all of the email addresses we collect that will
invite you to look at the photos. Once you have access to those photos,
you can order whatever you like from Wal-mart and pick them up at a local store
or have them delivered to your home.
Will the girls be supervised at all times?
Yes, the girls will be divided into groups. The girls will be divided into groups
of approx 10. There will be a Lady in Waiting (chaperon) with each
group. The Ladies in Waiting will be with the same group of girls both
Friday and Saturday.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend you bring your Bible, a great attitude, and formal wear (including shoes) for crowning
ceremony if you have it. This year we are also asking you to bring a pair of inexpensive plain flip flops to decorate. In addition to this pair of flip flops, we are asking you to bring a pair of inexpensive flip flops for a child. Please see our "The Raining Season" page for more details.

REGISTRATION
Is my registration fee refundable?
No, your registration fee is not refundable. When you register we hold
that spot open for you to attend.
If our church pays for girls and they cannot attend,
can we bring different girls in their place?
Yes, as long as you do not bring more than you have registered. If you
know in advance that your girls attending have changed, please notify us so
we can get appropriate name tags, etc.
What if I’m not 12 by June 1st but will be by July
18th, can I still attend?
As long as you are 12 by July 18th, you are eligible to attend Princess Diaries.
Are meals included in the registration price?
Yes! The following meals are provided at no additional
charge:
Friday--lunch & supper
Saturday--breakfast & lunch
reception (after crowning ceremony)
Why is there a Registration Fee, what does it
pay for?
The Registration Fee covers the meals we provide for the girls, the literature
they are given, and other special things they will receive along the way.

What if I don’t have a formal?
We have some formals available, but we cannot guarantee that we will have your
size. We have done our best to obtain a variety of sizes and styles
and will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
I am a leader, do I need to have a formal?
No, you do not have to have a formal. This is about the girls, not about
us. Your attire for that day is completely up to you

CHAPERON/LEADER
Is there a fee for adult leaders?
There is no fee for the adult leaders. We believe that if you are willing
to sacrifice your time to bring a group of young ladies, the least we can do
is feed you and take care of you!
What will the leaders do while the girls are in
sessions?
The leaders may attend sessions with their girls, they may help with the event,
or they can relax.
I am a leader, how can I help at Princess Diaries?
